With the iPad coming out, there have been many opinions flying around. But for this product I am seeing a lot of negativity.
To be honest, it is very hard to predict how this will all turn out.
When Steve jobs intoduced the first iPod, there was plenty of negativity, and many people laughed it off, but today, iPods dominate the mp3 market.
So, what do you think, will the iPad be a flop? Or will Apple be the last one laughing?

RetroCamera has a rather swift startup, and it automatically opens up to either a new project, or the project that was last open (whether it was saved, or not)

These are the mainscreen options, before you choose the film/grain/texture/etc.

The filters featured within the categories are vast, and produce beautiful effects. They aren’t too overpowering, or hard on the eyes.
Unfortunately, when opening a new project, you must resize and position the photo you wish to alter. You cannot keep it at normal iPhone screen dimensions as they are viewed, which often leads to black bars on the top and bottom of your photo. Or to avoid that you must pan and zoom the photo to fit the screen’s dimensions which cuts off the border of your photo.
This of course can all be cropped within another app, and in some cases the black border creates a nice effect.
When finished, the save feature is quick, with no “processing” loading times.
Overall I give it a B+.

Patrick and I are busy writing up our own separate opinion pieces, but we would love to hear your feedback.
My iMac will always be my primary, and I like the machine as I do all my apple products. But since the rest of my machines that aren’t Apple machines all ran Vista, of course Leopard was my go-to.
But after acquiring Windows 7 Ultimate and putting it on all my Windows machines, I have to say, I am very pleased.
So I put in the order for Snow Leopard for my iMac, and I honestly could have done without the upgrade.
Regardless, I highly doubt I will be choosing one over the other any time soon.
Cause I have the beeeeeest of both worldddsssss.
AT&T - GoPhone
$39.99 w/o contract
This is older, and slightly slower than what you are surely used to, but if you are looking for a cheap backup that has a camera, and email and IM capabilities, (no matter the quality) then this is the phone for you.
If you are taking a trip to the beach or somewhere where you do not want your precious smart phone or primary phone to get damaged, it is a good idea to swap sims to a phone you don’t mind getting a little roughed up.
Or when you’re on the go and all your web-surfing and music-listening has drained your precious battery, you can swap cell phones.
The Nokia has excellent battery life and can last for weeks on a single charge when powered off, so keep it in your glove box, or in your purse.
In fact, this phone is so thin I am able to keep it in my clutch wallet.
Simple, right?
